and cyber attacks is estimated to grow rapidly year on year, whilst budgets of both companies and governments declines. Do we need
to rewrite both government, and corporate policies and how do we need them to be reformed to integrate cost to profits, where systems
need to survive the growing cost and is a positional threat to international monetary stability?

New emerging cyber threats and risks debate, solutions:
Stuxenet, viruses, does
it poses a threat to the future or is the emerging threat larger than man itself ? The present technology exceeds the ability to protect
the very same technology we build. Thus a solution would mean a solution to a technology still in process rather than a solution that
is as result of past events. Is the solution to turn the switch back off and unplug? If not, then at which point will the unplug be
done for us? At economical collapse?
